Moving more towards being vegetarian, tho not entirely, I am making progress, especially with whole grains. They satisfy appetite in moderate quantities.

I’m finding it hard to get to the gym and do the regular exercise, even tho when I finally get there its rather enjoyable!

Pleased to say I have balanced my nutrition very well this week. I am more into brown rice and legumes but once a week or so I add meat. I have got some advice on this and read the health store magazines.
