Went and did eliptical trainer for 30 minutes,then did a tricep and bicep workout with some situps at the end.
Down 5 lbs. I have been getting use to working out. Next monday I am starting a 6 week ramp up. I have a friend that wants me to do a triathlon in the summer. I am starting a full out training plan on March 1st.
Ok, it’s 2009. Started on this one again. Down 3 pounds since the first.
Exercised 3 times and been eating healthy.
Okay been eating healthy and exercising for a few days. Down 3 pounds only 32 more to go.
Went to the gym and worked out for a 1/2 hour, then ran for 2 miles. I am out of shape, but it felt good to get out. Finally got some good weather. Looks like spring is finally here.
Got started. Ate a granola bar and banana for breakfast. Cobb Salad for lunch. Yogurt, banana, power bar for dinner. Drank several glasses of water. Went for a 30 minute walk.
