So I’m trying this new thing based on Stephen Gullo’s book, The Thin Commandments. I’ve been doing it for nearly two weeks and I’m noticing a difference in my body. I’m not weighing myself yet, as I don’t want to get too caught up in that.
The diet is called the 10-day Turbocharge diet. It’s pretty much reduced calorie intake by adding lots of fiber and taking out carbs. Protein on either end of the day, eating five times a day, yogurt once a day, 1/2 grapefruit every day, 1/2 tsp cinnamon.
It’s a challenge since so many things interfere (parties at work, going out to eat, etc.) but I’m mostly sticking to it. I think it’s making a difference. If I find a scale, I’ll let you know if I’m right ;-)
