Beat my depression

i struggled with depression and anxiety as a child and badly through my teenaged years. i was put on antidepressents at age 15. i took these on and off until i turned 24. i had tried to come off them in the past year, but in the space of a few weeks i would become emotionally uncontrolable and revert back into depression again. at the beginning of january i weened myself off them and have been successfully happy/functionally normally since! things that helped included having a new house mate, completing my degree, and getting a new job in a positive work place.
