this was going so well, then yesterday we had builders round and we bought fish and chips for their lunches- i scoffed a whole plate. and then had 3 yummy pancakes for tea! so now i am off to eat a plate of fruit in remorse…

so, I seem to have a lot of health problems…fainting, dermatitis, eczema, pms, tiredness. and although genes are a big factor, I know I could help myself a lot more than I do. so I will try and have:
-breakfast every day (porridge or country crisp)
-5 pieces fruit a day
-a smoothie a day
-a small square of dark chocolate a day
-probiotic yoghurt
-wholemeal bread
-soups, salads or tuna for lunch
-brown rice or pasta for tea
-oh yes and NO crisps, NO chips, NO milk chocolate, NO sweets, NO fry ups, NO ready meals, NO white bread, NO fizzy drink
I am trying very hard to be good but it is hard when it is cold outside! longing for comfort food….
