I have started using crest white strips as recommended by someone on here. They seem to be working, and I have had a few comments from friends! They are a pain to use though, but hopefully will be worth it :)
I have been thinking about getting my teeth laser whitened (which is £300). First though, I think I should give a few cheaper options a go. I have bought an electric toothbrush, which seems to having some effect! I have also ordered some crest white stripes after reading a few good reviews on here..watch this space…...
