Without knowing it I have came to have very little friends!
I think when your not working it’s harder to make friends, not because work is the only place you make friends but you miss and forget about the social interaction with others!
It’s amazing what it can do to you when it comes 5pm and you realise you’ve not actually spoke to another adult all day!
This year I’ve been making an effort to talk to the other mothers at Adams nursery, I’ve became quite chatty with a few of them, I’m hoping once I have more confidence I could maybe ask them if they want to come over with their kids or something :)
