I have just noticed that over the past couple of years that I have started to drink more alcohol; and although it’s not a serious issue, it is becoming a habit (e.g. I am having a few glasses of wine each night) and I have over the past few months had problems with sleeping (e.g. waking up and being awake for hours during the night) so I think they may be linked?? Either way, I am keen to reduce my alcohol intake, not give up completely but just reduce it along side trying to be healthier genarlly and taking more care of myself. So here I am starting on this journey.
