i have now bumped up my work out to about 5 times a week. i feel so much better about myself. i have a workout partner now which is even better. now hopefully i can keep it up.

so i found some weights downstairs in my basement and i have already started to use them. i’m so happy. now i just need to invest into some other things and then i’ll be all set. yaay!!
i have the time but it’s the space that i don’t have. the only place i could really do anything anywhere would be on my bed. and i don’t think it’s the best thing to do sit ups in your bed. i want to run and do weights and all that but it’s not really safe for me to run in my neighborhood and i can’t really join a gym because i don’t have the money so i’m in a bit of a pickle. any ideas?
i’m going to start running tomorrow!! i’m excited about it. i still want to get back into running again. it’s a pain in the butt to start up again but it will definitely be good for me since it’s going to be really hot tomorrow and the pounds will just be melting off…well i hope so at least.
