I need to run more, but more importantly I need to start running on an incline. I keep forgetting to change that setting when I get on the treadmill. Hopefully that will make a big difference then next time I go to the gym.

So far so good in the running department. I’m slowly but surely working back up to my hour running without stopping. Since my hospitalization for my breathing it’s been a slow process, but I’m willing to work on it. I’m up to 15 munutes and I’m going to push for at least 25 this week. Hopefully I’ll get there soon enough. Tomorrow is a new day and a new treadmill.
now that i’m working out 4-5 times a week for the last two months i’m finally back on the horse. i’ve been running for about 30-45 minutes and not getting out of breath. i can’t wait til it’s warm outside because it will be so much better than running in a stuffy gym all day long. this is definitely going to be good. working up to my goal.
i have breathing issues so trying to overcome those first will bring me at the top of my game. on the other hand i also have to work on the whole i haven’t ran in forever and am dying to get back into the gym routine thing but other than that that’s all i have to deal with. i have my music and a good pair of running shoes. all i need is to work on working out. run forest run!!!
maybe i should run today. it will probably take off that grilled ham and cheese and the fries i had today for lunch. i still don’t drink soda which is a good thing. it’s water all the way. better get out those running shoes today.
