finish Final Fantasy XII

I picked the game up after letting it sit for a few months (due mostly to school and work). After sitting down and playing for a few hours I managed to get the Zodiac Spear before getting to Phon Coast.

Since it’s summer, perhaps I’ll actually finish this up sometime soon.

I’ve had the game since January, but I haven’t had much time to play it consistently; maybe a few hours here and there per week. From the looks of it I’m not even halfway through, mainly because I spent so much time building up my characters’ levels and license boards.

I seriously don’t see how this game is not as good as some of the previous titles. I found Final Fantasy X to be decent, but somewhat dull, and was FFX-2 jokingly bad. FFXII seemingly has one of the best stories in any game of series since FFVI or FFVII. The fact that it coincides with Final Fantasy Tactics, which had one of the better narratives and developed settings, is awesome.
