every day after work. I’m walking about 2.5 miles each day, and on days when the weather doesn’t cooperate, I do a routine on the weight machine.

I now have a regular schedule of working out two different sets of weight exercises on the Bowflex on Sundays, Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursdays. I’m adding about 10 pounds of weight to each exercise each week and I’m close to maxing out the Bowflex on some of the exercises. When that happens with most of the exercises, I will join a gym and at that point I will consider this task accomplished.
I want to do a workout every day this week, either a half-hour workout program on TV or a jog and weights.

I want to start using the stationary bike, lifting some weights, simple stuff like that. I want to work on my arms, chest and abs mostly. I want to start this on my own as I don’t have the money for a membership at a top gym or a personal trainer, but I do have free access to a weight machine, treadmill and a step machine at my apartment complex. Anyone got ideas on how to start?
