Relaxation in 3 easy steps. A guide for city folk who don’t understand, and country people who have taken it for granted.
step 1- go out into the woods. Far enough that you can not see any houses, roads, powerlines, or anything man-made.
step 2- Look around and apprieciate the fact that you are standing in the middle of a completly natural setting and that it is beautiful for no other reason than that it is there.
step 3- Drink in the green with your eyes. Take a deep breath. Continue step 3 until you smile. Take as many additional moments as you can afford and enjoy where you are and who you are.
Repeat as often as possible. Especially in times of stress or worry.
