I have started leaving a post-it note on our front door, before I go to bed, so that my husband finds it as he leaves for work before everyone else wakes up. This is when he is working in town on the boat. Just little I love yous, and thank yous for helping me around the house, and “have a great day, see you at lunch.”. It really seemed to make his day. I want to aspire to hand written, long love letters full of romantic flourishes. Hopefully, my hubby will reciprocate.
