Be more green

i’m using less plastic, even though i work at a place that basically is made of plastic. but that could change because i’m going to make a proposal to my boss to suggest to his head bosses to switch from plastic containers to paper containers. it’s not only to solve the problem if plastic not being biodegradeable, but also, when plastic is heated, it releases dioxins that isn’t good for your healthy, and since my work deals with hot foods, we’re harming the costumers without even knowing it.
i’ve also tried turning off the lights and conserving energy whrvr i can, switching the light bulbs, getting rid of the things that only suck up energy instead of utilizing it.
i’m also all for those hybrid cars and i plan on getting one when i decide to get my own car.
on top of that, i think it’s a really poor choice that the municipality is building houses and high-risers over our parks and is destroying wtvr green we have left. when i saw a protest that happened at a nearby park, i was all for it and i plan on supporting them the next time they protest.
eventually, i’ll get to the point where everything i have in my house is reusable in any way.
this earth has done so much for us over the gajillion years that it has been here. our planet is pretty big, if we all do our individual parts and put it all together, we can actually save it . . .
