Eight Months Down .... Still Going

Just got back from this week’s WW meeting. Had a slight gain thanks to a rough week, but the meeting was good and our leader (fabulous!) helped me find my motivation again. I begin next week armed with a plan:

  • Raw veggies every day. It’s a must for me.!
  • Back to the old tried & true menu that was working so well in the beginning.
  • W-A-T-E-R

I’m hovering right around 30 pounds total loss, but just haven’t been able to get there yet. Maybe next week.



I'm Working on it!

Decided to join Weight Watchers again this year and finally, once and for all, address my food issues. So far, so good. We’ve created a no-fail atmosphere. There’s nothing in the house to tempt me, really, and once the sugar, etc., works its way out of your system, the urges get a lot weaker—as in almost nonexistent. Last weigh-in I’d lost 15.8 pounds, which isn’t as quickly as I’d like, but it’s consistent and in the right direction.
