I found two great web sites today. Think they will be a great help. The first one http://www.livestrong.com is a site that helps you keep track of your calorie intake. You can keep a log of what you eat right there. They’ve already done a lot of the work for you. Check it out.
The 2nd site http://weightloss.about.com/od/eatsmart/a/blcalintake.htm will help you calculate you BMR or basal metabolic rate. You need to know this to determine how many calories you can eat and still lose weight.

I took it a little easier this week. I cheated big time last weekend. Monday I started back and did pretty well. I was right Ive only lost 1 pound or two this week. I treated my self Thursday by going out for wings and beer. It was the first beer Ive had in three weeks. I know I shouldn’t have but if I don’t cheat a little here and there I wont last.

Since I started taking better care of my self I’m 10 pounds lighter in just 5 days.
It got to the point where I never felt good, always tired, I had headaches, heartburn, and didn’t want to do anything. I decided to cleans my body so for the first week Ive lived all most totally on fruits for lunch, Low sodium soup for Dinner. For breakfast I have a small bowl of cereal and an 8oz glass of juice.
I don’t expect to loose as much this coming week but it would be nice.
