hour and a half of field hockey five times a week plus an hour of dance. and a run each weekend. i dont know how i can do anymore without dropping from exhaustion!

Went on a run around my neighbourhood, then cranked it up for the last half km back to my house. I felt so good about myself (and hot and sweaty!) I jumped into my pool and swam a few laps. Ahh I love late night swims.
I walked four km today! I got a bit of a blister but I don’t care. Sunset walks are so beautiful!
I’m pretty lazy, I like to lounge around the house all day. I want to start walking around my neighbourhood, and joining field hockey and dance class should help too.
