This just seems to be getting worse and worse! I have a whole bunch of new friends who also like staying up late, which has resulted in too many all-nighters, and even more occasions where we get 2-4 hours of sleep a night for a week. My bad :-/

number one advice for those with the same goal: get a job. but only work day shifts lol! i’m still backsliding sometimes but i am now forced to wake up 06:30 every morning to be at work before 8. so that makes me more tired so i end up going to sleep earlier. i feel alot healthier now!
i am supposed to be up at 05:30 today for varsity and i can’t fall asleep =( and it’s now past 12:35. i’m tired but i can’t sleep. and the fact that i am miserable is making the whole situation much worse.
