I have been working out everyday weekday for the past 3 weeks and I feel a lot healthier about myself. I dont think I really lost any weight, but i just feel better. I think that’s what i was missing, feeling good about my body. I am going to continue to work out and eventually it should result in a tremendous weight lose. I hope.

started working out again, all i need to do now is just eat healthier, but its hard when you live on campus and junk food and alcohol is so easily available. My goal for the week is to work out everyday. We walk 2 miles in my walking class every tues and thursday, so that should add up too. My exercise plan: bike for 20 minutes, elliptical for 30 minutes, lift weights for my arms, and then do 100 situps and pushups every night before bed. I’ll keep it posted on how it goes.
