I took the time to make myself a morning ab routine that really works for me. It consits of stretching, pilates holds, 300 crunches and two minute long planks. I’ve done it for the last wo mornings. It doesn’t take me long and I’m up 5 hours befor my boyfreind anyway so I might as well give myself a challenge.



Kinda slacking here.. 2 years ago

I drank two times this week and I didn’t do my crunches 3 days this week. However, in addition to doing 20 crunches everytime I wanted a cigarette, I did 200 on Monday, 140 on tuesday, 120 on wednesday and 250 yesterday (Sunday). I guess that’s better than nothing but I really should try to stay motivated. Does anyone have any advice on how to stay motivated without feeling like your doing chores?

I just did 100 sit-ups and 3 45 secound planks. It’s not much but usually I just do the planks becuase I’m lazy. Anyway, I thought I’d try to so 20 sit-ups every time I want a cigarette and 40 if I actually smoke one. That way, I’m smoking less 9on account of my slothenliness and I’m doing more crunches due to my lack of willpower to stomp out an addiction that will eventually kill me. So, in other words it’s a win win situation. Gotta go, all this talk about smoking is making me want to have cigarette…time for more crunches I guess.
