Early in my training I pulled something in my back. Tough luck. There’s no way I’m going to meet this goal this time, but I still wanna do this!

3 months from now I hope to be able to run a 5k.
the first stab at running didn’t go so well. well, it didn’t go badly, just… not well.
I attempted (and succeeded) to alternate jogging and walking around a track at my local gym. 60 seconds of running, 90 seconds of walking. I made it through all 10 sets that I wanted to do, but at the end, it got hard. Real hard. Really had to push myself.
Anyway, I’ll keep that up for a couple weeks and then move on to some harder stuff (I hope).
