Well I finally started again! Last week my best friend and I tried out a class at my local sports centre, which I really enjoyed, and it was reeeally nice doing it with my best friend, whom I could never persuade to try it at college. However, I’m not confident enough to go there by myself yet – all the other people are much, much older than me and it is a little daunting. So I missed this week, because my friend had work, and I’ll miss the next one because I’m away.
However, when I’m back you can bet I’ll be out on that mat again. It really is just as good as I remember, and I quite like the teacher. So yay.
However, I won’t ‘finish’ this task till my original goal of a month’s worth of classes is completed. So further bulletins as events warrant :)

When I started college, I used to go every week to the sessions they ran. I kind of stopped, though, because basically it seemed a lot easier to go sit with my friends in the park and eat pizza.
I’d like to get back into it though – and stay into it. It gives you such a good feeling – I used to come out properly zoned.
So I think I’ll check whether the college is still running it, and if it is, I’ll go back.
If I manage to stick to it for a month (avoiding extenuating circumstances like extra classes etc during the time when it is, in which case I won’t count that week) I’ll consider this task done.
I can’t do it next week, though, or the week after, so it’ll have to start the week of the 2nd of April.
Right.
