i am hardly ever home anymore, been sleeping with my man! i sleep so amazing with him beside me, and so horribly without him. hmn.

I don’t have a job or school or anything, so I now go to sleep around 4:30am and wake up around 2:30pm, it’s a horrible sleep patter, but I’ve been sleeping better than ever!

When I say I’ve been sleeping like a rock, I mean sleeping rock hard! My mattress is older than I am, and it is the firmest thing I have ever laid my body on. Every time I wake up I feel like I’m trying to stand up after being hit by an 18 wheeler! I need to invest into a great new mattress!

I love sleeping! Lately I sleep like a rock. Whenever I get the chance, I’m sleeping! But my sleep patterns fluctuate so regularly that I want to keep this goal alive for a while still, just to make sure I have successfully succeeded :)

I have the flu or something :( I have spent the last 3 nights awake with a very sore throat :(

Now that I work like every single day all day every day forever for the rest of my life, I sleep whenever I can! But no matter what, on my days off my body is still waking me up at time to go to work, and then it hurts my head to be awake so long while being totally inactive. I have to get out more :(.

in my last entry of this goal i mentioned how i sleep in the opposite direction that i used to.. so, having my feet where my head usually is. this really does work, on a couch, ultramatic, futon, whatever kind of bed i sleep on! so that is a good tip.
i have also been getting some time-to-time help from warm milk. now, warm milk itself is kind of yucky and weird.
so this is the recipe i use:

in a microwave safe mug put in
1 cup milk
2 tbsp white sugar or honey
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 tsp nutmeg
a dash of cinnamon
microwave for 1 minute & 30 seconds.

and you’re good to go!

i got an ultramatic bed and started sleeping in the opposite direction i have always slept in [so my head is where my feet usually are] and i have never ever slept better in my life, honestly! its awesome!
im fresh and chipper for every day!

akldfha;ifhafhadsufha;df i got rid of my futon and got a real bed! i sleep so awesome! but it is summer too, and i get to sleep in as long as i want… so… i dont know
