I took one lesson because when i was teaching myself, I couldnt figure out how to turn around and go in the other direction. So then I started crocheting again after this class and it worked, but it kept getting smaller…..
I stopped working on that piece and started another piece. its pretty good. it got a little smaller, but know what to do about that now. But then, i kind of let it fall by the wayside. So im sure when i pick it up again, I will forget what im doing and have to take another class

About a month ago (I guess) I got really bored, as I often do and wanted to find a way to pass the time, that didnt involve watching tv or spending more time online than I already do. Well, I thought Id try crocheting…I really really wanted to make scarves. So after spending the last of my money on crocheting materials, I pulled up some sites online, and started out.
Oh, was I agitated at first. Im just not good at doing things with my hands. I wish I was. Man do I wish I was. Well, I finally started making loops…but then came turning. I cant turn. I CANT TURN!!! I tried for hours…I stared at the photos…I went to JoAnn’s and a lady showed me how…I got home and promptly forgot. My crocheting has since laid abandoned.
Im so very disappointed, though I guess I cant say Im surprised. But I wanted to crochet. I wanted to make scarves. I wanted to make a scarf for my best friend for Christmas, because he said if I made him one, he would wear it. Do you know how hilarious it would be to make him a scarf if HORRID colors and have him parade around in it.
To everything turn, turn turn….I cant turn!
