I don't drive very much any more 4 years ago

but that’s mainly because I don’t have a job – so I don’t have to drive to work and I don’t have money for gas.

Whatever works, right?

It's easier when it's the way of life 4 years ago

It’s much easier to contribute to the compost pile, religiously recycle, and not waste gas when you’re in a place where that’s just how it is.

I don’t have a compost pile, I haven’t seen recycling bins in this city (the city I’m actually living in – I know there are recycling bins in Los Angeles), and I’ve been driving all over the moon and back in an attempt to have a life.

I don’t want to become a lazy bum with a really big foot.

well, 4 years ago

I’ve certainly been eating less meat since I’ve been here…

Positives about being here 4 years ago

Man, they recycle everything they possibly can in this community. Papers from the printer, we have a compost pile that helps fertilize the community garden, theres a mini thirft store type of thing going on in the basement of main house where you can leave stuff you dont want and/or take something you do want. People are really intentional about not wasting here, which is a very exciting thing.
