All right, I’m getting better! I actually completed all of the items on my to do list from last 6 months ago. Additionally, I bought a new car, so the car is definitely working well, clean and well-maintained and it’s going to stay that way!
The small things I can do to continue improving are:
1. Continue the cleaning schedule for at least four weeks.
2. Give my sweetie at least one item from the cleaning schedule each day.
2. Review, refold and wash (if necessary) the clothing in my dresser which are currently a messy bundle. (3 drawers done, 1 to go)
3. Begin setting aside 5% of my savings for home improvements/accessories.
Right now, I have several other goals that will definitely contribute to continuing to improve my score. Like many others who have taken this on, I think 100% might not be reach-able, but if I get to 95, that will be a major improvement in my life.

Another poster had a list of all the small things she could do to make this goal happen. I thought that was really cool, so here’s my list:
1. Clean out my car, including under the seats and in the trunk
2. Vacuum out my car
3. Wash the car upholstery where it is stained
4. Get an oil change in 500 miles and review list of regular maintenance. Request all other missed maintenance.
5. File my papers and receipts
6. Move boxes from dining room to basement
7. Review 1 storage box every week, until they’re all marked with post-it note listing basic content
8. Save up a small fund to have the Buddhist monk image framed
9. Go through and store knick-knacks & decorative items that I don’t love with all my heart.
10. Organize and take out the recycling in the 2nd bedroom, including all cardboard.
11. Put computer monitor out for solid waste collection.
12. When the weather warms, take all wood, scrap metal and paint to solid waste collection center.
To be continued…

Many of my other goals have benefits that help with this one. I did a recount an7 here’s my current score, with prior score in parenthesis:
Physical Environment: 13 (8)
Money: 22 (22)
Well-Being: 17 (17)
Relationships: 18 (11)
Total: 70 (58)
EDIT: sigh it’d really help if I was better at math! I’m actually up to 70 points, which is an improvement of 12 points. Some of them, in the relationship category were really mindset changes that I found easier to make (though I’m nowhere near perfect at it).

In reflection, I have been solid with one of these goals, good with three of them and inconsistent with one of them. These goals will all continue for the next two weeks. At that time, I’ll re-evaluate, mark some of them as established habits and choose 3-4 new focus points from cleansweep. This seems to be going very slowly for me, but I have a lot of other issues on my mind.
Strong
1) No fast food
Good with Slip-Ups
2) Only 3 sodas/caffinated coffees in a week
3) Only 2 drinks a week, not including a glass of wine with dinner
4) Drink more water! 60 oz a day
6) Pull away from the vast wasteland (TV)... only 2 hours a day (I’ve definitely reduced my watching)
Inconsistent
5) Brush teeth twice a day & floss once a day (focus on this)

Having returned from the bike tour, where I biked 212 miles in 4 days, I feel both deeply accomplished and excited about my life but also a little aimless and out of sorts. Goal setting always helps me to find strength and purpose, so here goes:
1) No fast food
2) Only 3 sodas/caffienated coffees in a week
3) Only 2 drinks a week, not including a glass of wine with dinner
4) Drink more water! 60 oz a day.
5) Brush teeth twice a day & floss once a day
6) Pull away from the vast wasteland (TV)... only 2 hours a day
It’s a lot to keep in mind, but I believe that the first 4 goals are more so reminders from the last 2 successful weeks. I’m only adding 2 more goals.

I ran across this particular goal/thing on pixiedust’s page, and when I started reading the page, I knew that I was dealing with a Landmark graduate. The language is very distinct in those seminars, and I definitely appreciate knowing what is being requested.
My initial score is 59
Physicial Environment: 8
Money: 22
Well-Being: 17
Relationships: 11
As has already been mentioned on this site, I’m in the midst of a move so that’s why my physicial environment score is so low. I was very thoughtful in my responses and I only checked off items that I know entirely to be complete.
In the next week, I will be working on the well-being area.
1) No fast food
2) Only 3 sodas/caffienated coffees in a week
3) Only 2 drinks a week, not including a glass of wine with dinner
And I’m already taking the stairs and drinking more water.
I’m excited to have found this … I like having a roadmap.
