get over arachnophobia

I can’t go anywhere or do anything without wondering if one is near. One of my greatest little pleasures in life is to lay on a blanket in the sun and read until I fall asleep, but because spiders could be lurking anywhere, I hardly ever get to do that. So I’m finished with arachnophobia… I just have to figure out the logistics.
