Currently, I’m at 166 pounds. Obviously, nothing to brag about. I’ll be working hard on this again this year.



I read over all the entrys I wrote over that last couple years I've had this goal

I’m glad I didn’t make too many entries. I find it interesting and almost comical the early posts I wrote. I seem to constantly repeat myself but with different results. I only made a couple of changes this time around from before and it worked this time. I’m still not where I want to be but I made so much pregress this time that I don’t want to allow myself to ever get discouraged and gain it all back. I think the biggest change this time was no more soda (regular or diet) and my hubby’s support this time around. He has started eating healthier, too.



When (not if) I reach 148 pounds

I plan to mark this goal complete. I’m still working on it for now.



Today April 26, 2012 I weigh 154.0 lbs.

I looked online for a weight chart and found one here;
According to it, someone my height (5’3”) should weigh from 109 lbs to 148 lbs. I’m finally within 10 pounds of this range. I think my ultimate goal will be 135 lbs. I think this is achieveable. I know it will take time. I haven’t wasted 3 months losing the first 20 pounds just to give up.

So far in 2012

I’ve gone from 177 lbs to 161 lbs in 10 weeks. I think I’ve finally broke free from being addicted to soda.



February, 2012

Forget all my previous entries. I’m actually doing something about it this time.



New Year, New Diet

Only this time, rather then think of it as a diet, think of it as a life-style change. Someday, I would like to look at this goal and mark it finished because I really achieved it and not give up on it.

Hit a Roadblock

I just havem’t been keeping track and realise I haven’y lost any weight lately. I haven’t gained it back but that probably because I try taking smaller portions and try making better food choices. also, I only eat when I’m actually hungry. I think what I’m mostly lacking is the needed exercise. I haven’t been walking lately because of the colder weather.
