Putting this on hold for awhile.

Today is the 4th anniversary of tomandshe on 43 Things. All I know is that they make things a little more interesting when they are around. They like to travel and are willing to share their experiences with the rest of us which makes them a great part of the 43 community. I look forward daily to reading their entries on post random questions daily and see if anyone plays with me and answers them :) whether I post an answer or not. I hope they continue to stay an active part of 43 and celebrate many more anniversaries here.

John Lee is probably one of the most active people on this site. I think he is one of the best organizers of team goals and originated some of the most active goals that people post and comment nearly everyday. I’m not sure I would have remained an active member of this site if it weren’t for someone like him being here making it productive, inspiring and just plain fun. It is his can-do attitude on his own life-list which has kept me going when I really didn’t think I was accomplishing anything worthwhile. This entry about him has been long overdue. I particularly like all his picture taking goals involving the number 43. And, of course, there is Jeero.

It is sometimes hard for me to think of why I first subscribed to a particular person when I’ve been absent for a time from 43T. I didn’t even remember subscribing to choosing_freedom
She hasn’t been on 43 for even a year but I imagine it had to be a shared goal or some posts she made that intrigued me. Upon further investigation, I realised it was her life list. She has one of the most unique and individual life lists I’ve ever come across.

Why oh why am I subscribed to Simon? Maybe like most everyone else I’m fasinated by his quirky and unpredictable wit. I can never guess what he’ll come up next to write about whether it’s about a new cause or some unusual foodstuff he has decided to ingest. He is always supportive of his fellow 43ers and always endeavers to cheer others up even when he, himself is in dispair.

If every picture tells a story then joyjoei is a masterstoryteller. She almost always posts pictures with all her entries as she is telling everyone the wondrous tale of her life. If you look thru her entries, you will see what I mean. Every post is filled with joy (pun intended).

I really don’t know what to say about Tangerine_Now except I like her candor, she doesn’t mince words and tells it like it is and generally has a pleasant outlook on life. She is generous in supporting her fellow 43ers. I think anyone who subscribes to her will want to hear what she has to say even if they don’t agree with her all the time.

I’ve been subscribed to her for most of my time on 43T. The thing that intrigued me was that she is from St. Louis and lives probably closer to me than anyone else I know here. This being such a global site, I’m so surprised to find anyone close by even if it is still a couple hundred miles away.

She is also known as Petersky. I’m not sure how we connected on 43T. Either she sent me a message asking about my city or made a comment on one of my entries. She has a lot of varied interests and has done some travelling to places I’d like to go someday. She is an avid bicyclist which I only dream I’d been had my life taken a different direction when I was much younger.

I just subscribed to her just a few minutes ago. Just reading her goals and a few of her posts made me want to subscribe and watch her progress. Now if only the Powers That Be would give me a few cheers to use on her.
