And I’ve cheated horribly. I lost momentum in there somewhere – so I am starting this one again. Right now. going for a brisk walk in my lunch break – i ate a good brekky and I’ve got lots of low carb snacks.

But I still haven’t eaten a chip – unless you count the single fry I ate when I discovered my boyfriend had eaten all the dark chocolate. I stole it off his plate as punishment.
I’ve been doing half an hour on my treadmill each night (i didn’t realise how unfit I was!) and everything in my body seems to be working a bit better.
Not sure how much weight I’ve lost, and I’m not going to measure myself until the 30 days are over, but I feel better – so that has to mean something.
It’s going very slowly, let me tell you. But still no chips, still been filling in my diary. Found out I weigh 65kgs, as there was a scale at the chinese massage place I went to yesterday.
And….drumroll….the treadmill arrives on Saturday!!

I’m mortified putting a picture on here, BUT if I ever want to change my shape, this is what I have to do.
My bf ordered us fish & chips for dinner last night, and felt terrible while I watched him eat them, with my mournful eyes.
I was very good, and didn’t touch a single one, although I did semi-cheat by ordering a deep fried potato scallop.
Can’t WAIT till my treadmill arrives.
Still not a chippie has passed these lips. I am VERY proud of myself.
Then when the treadmill comes, I will be even prouder. We keep forgetting to take my measurements, and I still don’t know what I weigh, but when I finish THIS 30 days, well, I can just start another 30 days and lose more!!
Ingested a fair bit of alcohol last night, but because I hadn’t eaten it hit me worse. I didn’t eat any chippies though, and there was an opportunity to.
I also did a fast walk for half an hour at lunch, and returned quite breathless. Can’t wait for things to slow down a little at work, when I know what I’m doing a little more.
I still haven’t had time to do my measurements yet – but it’s day 3 and i’ve done close to half an hour of exercise (even if its just been brisk walking). The treadmill should come later in the week – or more likely next week.
Still no french fries/chippies (even with the temptations yesterday!), and I have stuck REASONABLY closely to my macronutrient goals.
Tonight I have a compulsory work function. Alcohol will be comsumed (but I’m going to have under 5 units), and I will stay away from the greasy stuff!
Well – we’re having a work-supplied lunch of chicken and chips, and then my boyfriend has a craving for fish & chips for dinner tonight. So i have to BE STRONG!!

I can’t calculate my bodyfat % because I need to know how much I weigh :(.
However I am due at the gym on Tuesday morning, so I will tip the scales then and record it here.
In the meantime I did well over an hour of low-cardio workout…shopping! I actually DID try and purchase a treadmill, but Rebel Sport seemed to have better things to do today than take my $1200.
I’ll get my bf to take an underwear shot (in big, unsexy bloomers and sans my head, FYI) and post it on here, and it will form my motivation.
But I didn’t eat any carbs after 3, I had no french fries and NO units of alchol! Hurrah!
