starting this back up!

This week:

Health: floss every day
Creativity: finish the necklaces I started making for my nieces
Home: Finish patching and priming the hallway

this week

I think I did an ok job with my goals last week – I wouldn’t say I completed them, but I’m on the road to some good habits, which was the point of this whole exercise.

Last week:
Health: exercise 4 times – I exercised 3 times
Creativity: post more things to my Etsy shop – did this!
Home: do a quick 15 minute cleanup every night when I get home – I did straighten up a few times, but definitely not every day

This week:
Health: Exercise 3 times, give my feet some TLC (3 soaks)
Creativity: Make a small scrapbook of fashion inspiration to bring shopping with me
Home: Spackle hallway ceiling, vacuum 1 room per day

this week

I think I’m going to try to run these goals from Saturday to Saturday. I’ve decided to organize my mini goals into the major areas of my life that I feel need improvement – health, creativity, and home.

This week:

Health: exercise 4 times
Creativity: post more things to my Etsy shop
Home: do a quick 15 minute cleanup every night when I get home

GO ME!

good habits

I need to start accomplishing the small things in order to build up to bigger things. I know a week isn’t enough to really create a good habit (you need at least a month for that) but it’s a start to a good habit.

The next week is going to be a little crazy because we’ll be away for a long weekend, but maybe I can come up with something that I can keep up with while I’m away.
