find at least one thing each day that makes me happy and record it everyday for a year

Having a good time with my Grandmother. She cooked lunch for us today!

We had dinner in a nice restaurant to see my brother off. We all got there and home safely, even though we all got lost on the way!

My brother (whom I rarely see) came over and installed a shelf that I’ve been wanting put up for a long time! He did a much better job of measuring than I would have. Also, he helped me throw out an old piece of furniture I’ve been wanting to get rid of! My laundry room had a nice make-over!

My grandmother, who is staying with us for a couple of weeks, made it here safely today!

I met my friend’s newborn today! They are both doing well! Her older children and mine played together all day and we had the opportunity to talk!

I caught up on lots of lost sleep time today!

In the evening, right before sunset, my children and their favorite friends (next door neighbors) annouced to the parents they would be holding a parade. We had to stand outside our doors. Sure enough they came marching passed, dressed in wreathes fashioned from leaves and twigs, and wielding sticks. It was priceless!

Beautiful weather today!

We went to our six month dental check up. Three healthy mouths!

The V.I.P.’s are back, safe and sound!

I got some much needed “ME” time!
