NOW bACK TO MY DIET … I LOSE CONTROL EVERY WEEKEND 2 CHICKEN WINGS.. ALCOHOL… CHINESE FOOD … AND SOME MORE ALCOHOL .. IM GETTING LIL BETTER THOUGH. MON THROUG FRIDAY .. ITS STRICTLY COFFEE .. MORE COFFEE .. CIGG .. LETTUCE.. TUNA.. EGGS… WHEAT BREAD .. N FRUITS .. N COFFEE N CIGG .. HEHEHEE .. BAD PATTERN WHICH I AM TRYING TO BREAK .. I ALMOST GOT MYSELF TO RUN UP TO 5 MILES WITHOUT STOPPING .. SOO PROUD OF ME .. HOPEFULLY BY NEXT SUNDAY .. I WON’T BE FEELING AS GUILTY AS I DO NOW .. :-( .. JUST 10 MORE POUNDS AND IM THERE … SOOO HAPPY .. I CAN SEE IT .. IM GONNA DO IT …
I WAS DOING SOO GOOOd…...UNTIL MY SPRING BREAK.. i just got back to school and realized i atleast put on about 5 pounds. :-( well im gonna try to get back in shape .. summer is almost here and instead of losing weight , i gained … losing self control .. so so mad at myself .. o well .. i have all of april yippeee… im gonna run few miles a day and eat HEALTHieeeeeee can’t wait to actually eat healthy again .. i feel like such a fat bum … i can’t believe i let myself “sleep” for an all 9 days… and eat everything everyone cooked for me .......

i messed up .. its only lunch and i had 1551 calories … this is what i get for eating school lunch!!! and there is no way i can go to the gym today with the chemistry TEST @ 10am … I HATE NOT BEING ABLE TO FOLLOW MY DIET.. im going to studing all night .. i know im gonna have to eat at one point or another .. this is sad .. i failed …...Aha im gonna never gonna lose any weight :-(
im soo happy and proud of myself… i been doing everything just the way i planned for the past 3/4weeks .. its not that long but to me 2 actually stick 2 something takes a lot of self control!!! hehehe
i actually tried out WWW.sparkpeople.com .. (find it on some1 entry here n checked it out) .. it really help you maintain a healthy diet .. soo thank you to whoever it was ...

the choice of drinks and food when u are a broke college student …..>>> soo LIMITED .. i want to eat fruits n veggies but its soo much cheaper to eat junk food

okay im gonna really do it this time… its like from monday thursday … im soo good, i eat healthy, go to the gym .. them comes the weekend .. ( i live in the dorms :(...) its all alcohol, junk food and some more late night snacks… all i need is to lose 12LBS … but its like i never gonna make it .. and the weekends … i can’t avoid it ..well u all know
im gonna really try this time ... i wanna do it prior to going home for the spring break....... i just writing here as a memo to force myself to do it :-)
