i have such an unhealthy sleep cycle… either i sleep 2 much ( in the day time) or i never sleep… idk .. im trying so hard have some sort pattern in my daily life but 1s its time to sleep, i just can’t do it… i lay awake for hours and all my major classes are early in the morning now, i don’t know im such a zombie, i want to be awake.. now days if i ever say “im a little out of it” everyone replay by saying “aha u R always out of it ehh” i don’t know i want to aware of what i am saying and doing but i seem be just lacking sleep all the time. i don’t want to take sleeping pills, cause i have … ehh doesn’t work out with my life style right now .. idk .. everything is a blurr
