I have the generic “lose weight” on my list of things, but I figured that if I really want to be accountable, I’d better be a bit more specific. So, I want to lose 10 lbs and do it three times, give or take.
I just gave birth to my first baby in January so I have 10 post-pregnancy lbs on top of the 20 or so pounds I was already overweight. I start back to work next week so I’m trying not to get overwhelmed by all the stuff I need to do. Right now, all I want to do is spend time with my baby because once work starts my time with him will be cut so much shorter.
I think I could easily drop a few pounds by cutting out the sweets, so that is where I’m planning to start.
