Starting weight 156lbs
Current weight 146lbs (Yey! Lost 10 lbs!)
Goal weight 126lbs
Height 5’ 5.5”

It’s taken me 6 weeks to lose the first 10lbs. At the same rate, I will reach target by mid-September.


I have already lost 10 pounds through a combination of eating more healthy food, controlling my portion size and exercising 4 times a week. I feel great for it but my goal weight is still a bit further away.

I have been overweight ever since I was a teenager. I’ve never been slim but spent a lot of my adult life at the top of the ‘healthy weight’ range for my height but still feeling lethargic, sluggish and fat. Most people don’t notice and think I’m already slim-ish.

I’m determined to be properly slim. I want to improve my energy levels to reach my other goals in life and feel good about the body I’m in. To lose another 20 pounds would have me in the lower healthy weight range and I’d be slimmer than I’ve ever been as an adult.

It’s exciting to think about and I’m absolutely convinced I can do it.
