i had yoga class agiain last night. there was a sub instructor. he talked waaay too much, and too loud, during guided meditation. when we finished, he told people to say their OMs. His OMs were loud and high pitched. i don’t want a sub again. i hope that is the last time my regular instructor will be gone.
