I’m a pansy when it comes to exercising. I know this. My goal for now is to focus on the actual work exerted toward exercising(in calories), because at this point I have no endurance. To me, 400 calories is freakin fantastic for Monday(and my elliptical machine measures this), however I can’t tell you how long or quick I was with all the breaks I took. It’s most likely embarrassing :)
Sunday 4/26- 400 calories on the elliptical
Monday 4/27- 10 minute walk
200 calories on the elliptical
Tuesday 4/28- 500 calories on the elliptical… BOOYAH!
Wednesday 4/29- 10 minute walk
some love makin’... does that count?
Thursday 4/30- 400 calories on the elliptical
