I’ve had it since I was 14 years old (18 years ago). Nearly recovered and started University but kind of got worse in the last few years. A good book I came across is Why ME? by Alex Howard. Very inspiring and has got me on the right track again. Taking care of myself and focusing on what I need to to recover. The author has a website at www.theoptimumhealthclinic.com
Funny enough, after all the suffering you experience you really do become a better person for it. Doesn’t seem real at the time but you learn a lot about life, people and reality.
