There's Facebook but...

that is not enough. Facebook is great for masses of people, but for more personal contact, even if face-to-face is not possible, I think e-mails and direct communication like postcards make much more sense.
I’ve met so many people throughout my life and it is a reality that people slip in and out of our lives, but I would still like to make an effort to stay in contact with at least some of them.
I’ve made many relationship mistakes in the past and severed many connections. All the people I talk (or ‘talk’) to now I have met just within the last few years. Anybody else before I no longer know. I don’t want to keep on having to look back at what a wonderful relationship I had…I want my relationship with people to be in the present.
