well may be more like 200 too 155 and holding now but I was 148 last summer so I did it. Sticking with a healthy diet and regaler exercise will help me lose 3 more inches around my waist 2 inches around my thighs and 1 inch around my arms. Most of it is skin so toning and strengthening is the goal.

It’s not about looking thin. It’s about feeling good. I only want to lose the fat not the musicals. The hart can get covered with fat making it’s job harder. I want to eliminate all stress on my body and the extra wait I carry on me is one of thous I must eliminate.
The thought is to be healthy. We are all made with different body types and i just want to be the best me I can be.
