get a fulfilling job

AAARRRAAARRGGGAAAAA!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I cant stand my employer those of you that pay your employees base the wages on the job don’t just pay every one the same! can you tell thats why I hate my job. I need one that will pay for the amount of work I do.I’m a day time bartender and a lunch waitress and I wash all glasses by hand. I want the job that can live up to me.
