So I have not been too good… I lost only 3 pounds so far.
I do have more time to go and hopefully i will lose 7 by the end of my challenge. The only thing about this challenge is, i realized that i’m building muscles (working out 3 times a week) that weigh a little more that fat. So even if I lose a lot fat, i may not lose 15 pounds because i have gained muscle.
