Learn to say no

I have just realised that yesterday, I learnt to say NO!!!

They begged, they Pleaded, they attempted the puppy eyes… It all failed!

I refused to be unfair to ME. I refused to inconvienience MY energy. I did what my spirit instructed me to do, and I said NO! And my home was not interupted by the presence of selfish, not grateful enough and highly inconsiderate souls. No apologies from me were made, and I think it’s fair to say no apologies were expected.

I won’t tick this off as a ‘done’ goal just yet, as I expect there will be a series of just say no’s still to come this season. So far I am very confident in this! And am smiley inside, coz I’m doing what’s best for me!!
