Why could I live more simply? 3 years ago

Right now I am young, rejoined the work life and have therefore a huge number of opportunities. But a huge number of opportunuties brings the need for a big number of decisions and this on his part means that it is more difficult to focus. As I want to take advantage of the opportunities I become part of a complex system which doesn’t allow me to rest and enjoy the little things.

I experienced that the simply I live the more I can appreciate and enjoy the little things in life. All I did I felt more intensely and also could do them with more energy and dedication.
