Got a book called Nutrition for Life by Lisa Hark and Darwin Deen. It’s a DK book (they are the best!) and describes what to eat at different stages in life, the value of different types of food, the results of various types of diet, different diets for different levels of activity, and an evaluation of your current eating habits. Food is for life, so I thought this book was worth it. Now time to read it.
