get my own place

It’s now been one month since Sarah moved in to the bungalow, and I’m spending weekends there with her. We bought a bed, a little stereo and some power-tools and are making it ours.

Next we need a new sofa and some chairs!

Party ahoy I reckon!

Sarah and I looked at 5 properties last Thursday and the 4th, a bungalow, looks promising. I have paid the let-bond to save the place but it still hinges on the landlord accepting Sarah as a tenant. Hopefully me being the guarantor will help. The rent is £575 a month.

At 33 it really is time I left home and got my own place, preferably with Sarah. Not sure how as mortgages are a bit beyond my means but we shall see.
