that’s as close as I’ll get to 80kgs before I go away on Monday. 3kgs lost in 3.5 weeks -even though I didn’t make the weight I wanted I’m still pretty happy with the weight I lost. I’ll keep this goal on my list and tackle it when I’m back from Japan.

83kgs this morning, another kilo gone. Tuesday I did a really tough workout and was stronger than ever so I’m not worried about losing muscle. I woke up Wednesday and couldn’t be bothered to eat so I just had 2 coffees, I don’t seem to have an appetite anymore -see how I go this weekend when I meet up with friends.
weighed 84kgs this morning,that’s 1kg gone -I had a free day friday where I ate whatever I felt like then saturday & sunday had 1 large meal and 2 coffees each day. Didn’t feel hungry at all.
When I used to reduce my calories in the past I’d always try eating 4-5 small meals but found it frustrating as I’d never feel full from the meals but my appetite would always be triggered by them whereas just eating 1 large meal is great -I can forget about food all day which suits me fine then enjoy cooking & eating a large meal at night and still feel full.
I’m off to Japan in Nov so I want to lose weight before I go.

I burn about 2700-3000kcals a day on average so 1500-1800kcals per day should see me right. I might allow myself a cheat day once a week just to keep me sane.
My girlfriend is off to Japan next Tuesday so I’m going to empty out the food cupboards of anything too tempting.
I might also do a few weeks of $1/day living just for the hell of it.
