With step aerobics twice a week in the fall, it wasn’t so hard to stick with :)

Screw what I just said. I need to work out, and I need to ecourage and support my mom to do it as well so she can get healthy. Maybe she’ll go for walks with me when I am not working a couple times a week.
I suck at this goal. I’d like to say I’ll start now, but let’s face it—it’ll be in the fall when I get my apartment that has a 24hr workout room. I miss it, but I have no time.
This has proven harder than I thought! I get very busy between class, home work, studying, papers, work, etc. So, I have decided to revise this goal to something for the summer, in order to stay active. I walk a lot on campus so I feel like I do well here, but I worry about what will happen when I go home.
